Service Description
Clients will come to our studio location and have injection administered to them by our RN on staff once weekly. Clients are required to have recent labs and a assessment telehealth with our MD on staff. Clients will get complimentary laser lipo and body vibration once weekly on the same day of injection (ONLY).
Cancellation Policy
We do not offer refunds for services rendered, prepaid packages,gift certificates, or memberships. No Refunds, exchanges, or returns on products,services,digital services/products.All sales are final. By booking and making paying you are agreeing to the terms and conditions. To cancel or reschedule your consultation/appointment please call us 48 hours before scheduled consultation/ appointment. If consultation/appointment is canceled after the 48 hours time slot your consultation/appointment fees will be forfeited and non refundable.
